LittleNoor BD (“we”, “us”) sells baby and toddler products in Bangladesh through our website
littlenoorbd.com and through our Facebook page, Instagram account and WhatsApp. This page explains what
information we collect when you shop with us or message us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address and the items you order.
- Messages: what you send us on Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, including photos, and the
name shown on your profile. On WhatsApp we also see the phone number you write from. - Website use: standard information your browser sends (such as pages visited and device type),
and cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.
We do not collect card or bank details. Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery unless you arrange otherwise with us.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, show you available products and take your order.
- To deliver your order: your name, number and address are given to the courier that delivers the parcel.
- To contact you about an order you placed.
- To keep records of orders, as a business must.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your messages for advertising.
Automated replies
Messages sent to our Facebook page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number may be answered by an automated
assistant that helps us reply quickly, check stock and place Cash on Delivery orders. A person from our team can
take over a conversation at any time, and you can ask for one. To produce a reply, the content of the
conversation is processed by our service providers: Meta Platforms (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp), Anthropic
(the AI model that drafts replies) and our web hosting provider. They process it on our behalf and only to
provide this service.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and after-sales questions. Conversation records
used by the assistant are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless they relate to an order.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, including your
conversation history with our page. Send a message to our Facebook page, or email
contact@littlenoor.com with the name or phone number you used. We
will delete the data within 30 days, except order records we are required to keep.
Children
Our products are for children, but our shop and our messaging channels are meant for adults. We do not
knowingly collect information from children.
